At WatchVault’s Cards & Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your timepiece, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please read our policy carefully to understand the steps involved.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Watches must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
The watch must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage, and all tags must still be attached.
Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@watchvault.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the return package.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
We are unable to process direct exchanges, but you can return the original item and purchase a new one.
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Please provide detailed information about the issue and include photos of the damaged item.
Custom-engraved items, watches that have been worn, or items that do not have their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Clearance items or final sale products are also non-returnable.
