Refund and Returns Policy

At WatchVault’s Cards & Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your timepiece, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please read our policy carefully to understand the steps involved.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Watches must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • The watch must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage, and all tags must still be attached.

  • Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@watchvault.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the return package.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  4. Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • We are unable to process direct exchanges, but you can return the original item and purchase a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

  • Please provide detailed information about the issue and include photos of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-engraved items, watches that have been worn, or items that do not have their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Clearance items or final sale products are also non-returnable.
